Serving up a rich variety of tastes and culinary exploits from Malaysia's most popular local delights (organized by the Federation of Hawkers and Small Traders Association of Malaysia)
*Nyonya Village
To feature exquisite Peranakan cuisines, snacks and other scrumptious Nyonya concoctions in order to share with the world and delve more on this exceedingly beautiful cuisine and culture.
*Introducing to the World: Bak Kut Teh - Malaysia's Special Signature Food
Originated as a gourmet herbal soup from Klang, Malaysia, Bak Kut Teh becomes the all-time favorite Five-Star exotic food that depicts the unique aspects of Malaysian cuisine and the amazing food culture. Halal style is to be featured here.
2. Cooking Demonstration
Cooking Up a Storm - featuring specialties and cooking demonstrations by international and local celebrity chefs
3. Food Acrobats
Featuring techniques such as hand-pulled noodles, teh tarik (pulling tea technique), roti canai making, food carving, etc.
4. Restaurant Showcase
It features extra special dishes prepared by renowned chefs, restaurants and hotels in town. It also showcases extraordinary festive culinary packages, such as "Yee Sang", wedding and annual dinner etc.
5. Food Sampling
Visitors can sample on a unique repertoire of international and local food on show.
