Environment: 5/10It was slightly warm and tatami room was not available during my visit.
Food Presentation: 4.5/10A simple final touch to each dish presented.
Portion: 4/10Generally it is 1 piece per portion. Take note, for each order is limited to 3 portions for a person.
Taste: 5/10For fast serving food, the taste is as up to my expectation. Fast food standard.
Service: 2/10As this is the first weekend of the promotion, the system and work flow is not properly in placed. Long interval of waiting between orders. Many of my orders were lost. At the end i did not manage to tried out many dishes.
Value for money: 7.5/10Normal price RM35++ per person. Until 20 August 2009, 1 free for 4 paying guests of A'la Carte Buffet. If you go in 5, each person pays only RM32.20 (include tax).
OVERALLThe food choices is good for the priced offered. Hope that service will improve and the food can be served faster. To give a good and memorable dining experience to customers.
