This award winning Western Restaurant in Malaysia 2008/2009 has now move forward with a brand new menu that presents new flavour, more value and fresh take on the classic favourites.
Cultivated by Chef Adam in line with the modern day healthy dining, all dishes in the new menu are grilled, smoked or roastedhile maintaining the taste, texture and flavours to appeal.
With the new menu introduction, we are delighted to be invited to dine in this restaurant.
More than 14 appetizers were included in the new menu and we are recommended by Chef Adam 3 of his best sellers, which are the Smoked Salmon-Mascarpone Cheesecake, Smoked Crispy Lamb Belly with pure Canadian Maple Syrup and "She" Crab and Corn Chowder.

Innovative Classic menu, where they bring familiar favourites that are recognisable and beloved from previous menu.

Moving on to Chef Adam's Signature Mains, where the wood-smoked dishes infused with aromatic flavours and delicious textures were introduced, we had the Wood Plank Roasted Fish and Quack, Quack... Quack.
Wood Plank Roasted Fish RM76You can choose from 3 types of fish, which are the Salmon, Wahoo or Black Cod. The fish is grilled and scented on a wood plank, roasted gazpacho dip, herbed potatoes, peppers and onions.
Quack, Quack... Quack RM95This unique duck dish is proportioned into three servings which comprises of smoke grilled duck liver, grilled duck breast and braised leg with dried fruit sauce and roasted garlic sweet potato mash.
Then from the Fire Grilled entrée menu, all grilled items are seasoned with 100% Natural Himalayan Pink Salt and Sarawak Black Peppercorns. For a complete healthy meal, the entrée is also accompanied by a serving of vegetable, potato and sauce of your choice.

To end the night, we were presented with the Sweet Tooth menu, which we tried three of them from the list of tempting desserts.
